Accordingly, the first-class 5-string electric bass for beginners convinces with a slim maple neck, on which the first bass lines can be learned with ease, and two single-coil pickups for versatile bass sounds.
The poplar body of the Affinity Jazz Bass V comes in the typical offset style of the sixties and therefore offers a perfectly balanced playing position. The maple neck in C-profile with 47.6 mm nut width offers buttery smooth playing characteristics from the lowest string to the highest so that nothing stands in the way of motivated and fatigue-free bass playing.
With the two Squier ceramic single-coil pickups in middle and bridge position, the Affinity Jazz Bass V delivers a wide sound spectrum at the bass amplifier, which makes it an all-rounder for almost every music style between rock, pop, blues, jazz, funk and metal. The traditional passive circuit with separate volume controls for each pickup and a general treble cutoff allows you to create a wide range of tones, from a wiry enforcement tone to an extremely fat bass sound with emphasis on the lowest frequencies.
