The Behringer XENYX 1003B is an ultra-low noise analog mixer designed specifically for streaming, podcasting and recording. With its versatile features, it enables professional audio processing and delivers pure sound.
High-quality XENYX microphone preamps.The mixer offers ten inputs, including five inputs with XENYX microphone preamps. The mixer has two XENYX mic preamps with inserts that allow external effects to be looped into the signal and custom processing to be applied. In addition, there are three XENYX mic preamps with stereo line inputs to connect multiple audio sources simultaneously. A dedicated stereo line input channel is also provided.
For use with condenser microphones, the XENYX 1003B provides phantom power to ensure reliable power for these types of microphones. Furthermore, each channel has a Post fader FX send control that allows you to use external effects processors to further enhance your sound. A Pre EQ Monitor Send control per channel provides independent monitoring mixing, so you can closely monitor your recordings while mixing.
Each channel of the 1003B has its own 60mm fader for precise control of the respective channel level. The 3-band channel EQ provides precise and musical sound shaping for each input signal. A built-in post-fader FX send control per channel allows you to connect an external effects processor of your choice for added flexibility. The monitor bus combines the channel signals before fader and EQ to create an independent monitor mix.
Optional battery operationFor mobile use, the mixer is optionally battery-powered, although the required 9V batteries are not included. This allows the mixer to be used on the road without any problems.
