Warranty Activation for Online Purchases: To activate the warranty, send the completed installation form (filled out by the mechanic/workshop) to [email protected] or provide a copy of the purchase invoice. DB Killer (Noise Restrictor): The exhaust comes with a removable DB killer (noise restrictor). Important: Removing the DB killer is ILLEGAL for road use. The customer assumes full responsibility for using the motorcycle without the DB killer on public roads. Modifications and Warranty: Any modifications, removals, or manipulations made to a road-legal exhaust will void the product warranty. Refund requests will be denied. Warranty Coverage: The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers repairs at the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor (at the customer´s expense). GPR will not provide a new silencer but will repair the original one. The customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time. EVO4MOTO NERO EVO4 Silencer: Made with an aluminum body and an outlet in lightweight Avional aeronautical alloy. Produced using CNC machining and painted in BLACK with high-temperature heat treatment. Elliptical shape 90x120. Fitting and Accessories: This kit includes the specific fitting and/or mid-pipe and the corresponding kit of brackets and accessories. Allows installation without structural modifications. Original GPR Product: Developed thanks to extensive experience in the Motorcycle World Championship. Important Note: Removing or tampering with the DB killer welds or anti-tamper screws is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives. It is only permitted for RACING use on racetracks. Using the open version on public roads does not comply with regulations governing circulation on the public road network.ATTENTION: This article is homologated for noise. The customer must verify in advance whether the presence of the original catalytic converter or the GPR catalytic converter is necessary in their country to comply with the regulations for circulation on the road network and to carry out the annual inspection. You can use the kit for the official annual ITV inspection. Assembly recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop. No claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations. The specific homologation certificate is delivered, as well as the assembly instructions, each silencer has the homologation code.
