Never mind. The pump will do this for you by stopping automatically. This way you will retain all the flavor and nutrients. The set consists of a vacuum pump, two vacuum bags and two plastic containers in sizes S and M. The vacuum containers are suitable for the freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
