The Black Lion Audio PBR TRS3 LIT patchbay offers a modern combination of high-quality audio technology and digital user-friendliness. Developed for ambitious recording environments, this 48-point TRS patchbay combines maximum signal quality with an individually configurable LED display. This not only makes studio cabling more structured, but also much more intuitive.

Each individual patch point of the PBR TRS3 LIT has an integrated LED display that can be freely labeled with up to twelve characters. Input is either made directly via a connected USB keyboard or conveniently via computer using the supplied PatchCAD BLA Edition. The software enables the creation of individual designations, which are transferred to the patchbay via USB stick. This means that changes to the cabling can be tracked precisely and clearly at any time.

The PBR TRS3 LIT supports three different operating modes per channel: Normal, Half-Normal and Thru. This switching takes place via rear-mounted switches and offers maximum flexibility for signal layout. or multing, parallel processing or monitoring - the patchbay adapts effortlessly to different studio concepts and enables dynamic signal routing without the need to reconnect the rear panel.

The patchbay is equipped with a total of 96 gold-plated 6.35 mm jack sockets, which guarantee loss-free signal transmission in audiophile quality. The sturdy housing made of reinforced steel and the black anodized aluminium front ensure high mechanical resilience. This robust design is a decisive advantage, especially for regular use in a professional environment.

Setting up the PBR TRS3 LIT is straightforward and intuitive. The USB port on the front is used both for connecting to a keyboard and for importing labels via USB stick. The display can be switched off if required. The PatchCAD software runs on Windows and macOS systems. USB sticks with a maximum of eight gigabytes in FAT32 format are supported for data transfer.
