The EA 203R elastic mount from Fame Audio offers a high-quality alternative to the original spider from the manufacturer. It comes without the (typical for Rode) fixed pop filter and can be used for the above listed large diaphragm microphones from Rode. It decouples the microphone from unwanted external vibrations, which would otherwise be noticeable on the recording as low-frequency noise. At the same time, it has a durable and robust design and scores with a very good workmanship.
