Here are a few simple steps to help you achieve perfect burning every time. 1 . Light the wick on one side (for candles Ship with the patented Hearthwick wick). The flame runs to the other end of the wick. 2 . Let the candle burn until the wax has dissolved into all the edges of the container (until a wax pool is formed). It takes 30-60 minutes and you will be sure that the candle will not create a tunnel and you will not be left undissolved wax around the edges. . The height of the flame can change over time and even sometimes cause it to go out, but that´s okay. Even if you have a low flame, it still burns and gradually its height returns. The recommended burning time is 3-4 hours. 3 . Keep the candle on your eyes and out of the draft. Also keep it out of the reach of children, pets and things that could catch fire, as well as away from heat sources . Always place the candle on a flat and heat-resistant surface. An object that causes drafts can be, for example, a ceiling fan, air conditioner or a breeze. 4 . Never move the candle while it is burning or the wax is hot. It is not safe and pouring or removing wax from the can can cause the wick to go out or drown in the wax. 5 . Cases where you do not shorten the wick. Do not shorten the wick until it is higher than 6 mm, or until the flame is higher than 3 cm, or until the candle starts to smoke. .
