The Boss SY-1 Synthesizer is a compact Synthesizer Effect Pedal for Electric Guitar/Bass that offers a wide variety of sounds in Boss’ instantly recognisable, durable and compact pedal format. The SY-1 has a total of 121x different synthesizer sounds on-board. Tweaking those sounds to your liking is quick and easy via the Tone/Rate and Depth controls. Thanks to the advanced synth technology latency-free and polyphonic tracking is possible without a special pick-up, so the pedal will function easily with a regular Electric Guitar or Bass. The Boss SY-1 also has a parallel effect path for building in external effects pedals and a hold function for freezing the synthesizer sound.
