Pleasant fragrance and high material compatibility: the brake and parts cleaner by Ballistol The Ballistol Brakes and Parts Cleaner is suitable for cleaning and degreasing dirty, oily or greasy machine parts, industrial parts, brakes and brake rotors. It can also be used for brake blocks without issue. It removes oil, grease, dirt and even dried-out oil resin. The cleaner evaporates without leaving residue, has a pleasant fragrance and can be used on a variety of materials. It can be used on paint and most types of plastic and rubber without any problems. Because this cleaner evaporates completely at the molecular level and does not leave any physical residue, it is also suitable for pre-treatment use, such as surfaces for painting, blackening, sealing or bonding.
