The Fame Audio Studio CM-14 is an excellent speaker and vocal microphone for beginners as well as advanced users and convinces with a professional sound and easy handling. Thanks to the cleverly designed, built-in pop protection no separate pop filter is necessary, but overemphasized plosives as well as S-sounds are reliably intercepted by a special fabric layer behind the grille. Due to its precisely defined thickness, this filter method does not have any of the known undesirable side effects: the treble band does not become dull, the voice does not sound muffled and does not seem overly compressed. In addition, the distance to the microphone can be varied during the performance and thus the proximity effect can be used creatively without the screen of a pop filter interfering.
The Studio CM-14 sounds directly warm, full and without unpleasant frequency components. Because of this, a good part of the post-processing like de-essing, the first compression step and a part of the equalizing can be omitted after the recording. The recorded signal sounds directly "broadcast-ready" for video sound or podcast, for example, and for vocal recordings your voice is effectively tonally rounded off. In any case, you get a truly outstanding result that will easily meet the professional demands of your project.
