The Fame Custom ST MN Worn Licorice over Sunburst is a modern ST-style electric guitar built for unlimited playability and first-class rock and metal tones. Its slim Modern C neck, crafted from quarter-sawn maple, and the flat 350 mm fingerboard radius provide the ideal foundation for maximum precision and effortless technique. Two Fame humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions supply powerful, assertive sounds. Using the push/pull function on the volume and tone controls, each humbucker can be coil-split individually to add airy, articulate single-coil tones to the instrument’s sonic range.
This model features a mahogany body with rear-load construction joined to a slim Modern C neck via an ergonomically contoured heel for smooth upper-fret access. The quarter-sawn maple neck offers outstanding resistance to warping. Twenty-two jumbo stainless-steel frets and the flat 350 mm fingerboard radius make techniques such as wide bends and fast runs exceptionally comfortable. Completing the premium build is a high-grade nitrocellulose finish that gives the guitar a striking appearance and reflects true custom-shop craftsmanship.
The two Fame humbuckers are genuine power units, providing ample output for hard-rock and metal sounds. Wired through a three-way toggle switch, they deliver everything from crisp, well-defined bridge tones to warm, vocal neck sounds. Thanks to the push/pull coil-split function on the volume and tone knobs, each pickup can also produce authentic single-coil clarity.
All hardware on the Fame Custom ST is designed for reliability and performance. The vintage-style tremolo includes an adjustable set screw that locks the tremolo arm securely in the chosen position. Six Fame back-locking tuners enable fast string changes and rock-solid tuning stability, while dual locking strap pins keep the instrument safely secured during live shows.
