With the Fender FA-125 Dreadnought Black, the traditional U.S. manufacturer presents a classic acoustic guitar that is ideal for beginners due to its comfortable playability and fast response. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the sound unfolds with a very fast response, so that first learning successes can be achieved effortlessly. The outer appearance is tastefully rounded off by a thin high-gloss varnish with black finish.
Construction and woodsComposed of a spruce top and a mahogany body, the fully laminated instrument produces a warm tone that is strong in the bass and midrange frequencies. The short nato neck with a walnut fretboard also guarantees an extremely easy fingering in all 20 frets. This is due to an "Easy to Play" neck profile specially developed for beginners.
Design and HardwareThe unique appearance of the acoustic guitar is undoubtedly due to the eye-catching Fender Vinking bridge, which is made of coarse-grained walnut wood. Together with a very thin binding and simple dot inlays, this gives the Fender FA-125 Dreadnought Black a very traditional touch. The chrome-plated die-cast tuners are especially beginner-friendly and allow precise tuning of the 6 steel strings. Furthermore, a compensated saddle and a 43 mm wide nut ensure a clean intonation on the slightly shortened scale length of 643 mm.
