The J & D Duke-Line White is a chic beginner guitar that combines first-class playing characteristics and powerful sounds at an attractive price. In addition to the basswood body with an arched top, the elegantly styled electric guitar features a bolt-on maple neck in a comfortably playable C-profile. Two J & D open-coil humbuckers also provide a rich tonal palette between powerfully radiant cleans and juicy distortion. Last but not least, J & D completes the Duke-Line White electric guitar with reliable Hardware in the form of a Tune-O-Matic bridge including a matching Stopbar tailpiece and tuning stable die-cast tuners.
The elegant design of the Duke-Line White guitar pays special attention to comfortable, beginner-friendly playing characteristics. The lightweight basswood body offers edge-free support for the right arm thanks to the arched top, while the belly cut on the back guarantees a snug playing position. The slim C-profile of the bolt-on maple neck also promises fatigue-free and comfortable playability, while the composite fingerboard with 43 mm nut width offers enough space for cleanly grasping the first melodies and chords.
As pickup for the Duke-Line guitar J & D chooses two open-coil humbuckers. The powerful pickups are characterized by a particularly powerful sound on the guitar amplifier, which is best suited for the distorted sounds of Blues and rock and convinces in the clean channel with a full-bodied presentation of melodies and chords. In addition to the 3-way switch that selects the humbuckers individually or together, the electric guitar provides volume and tone controls to adjust the tone.
Of course, reliable attachments complete the equipment of the J & D Duke-Line White electric guitar. A traditional stopbar tailpiece guides the strings over a Tune-O-Matic bridge, which provides adjustment options for precise intonation and comfortably playable string action.
