The Mackie MainStream revolutionizes live streaming by combining video, audio and streaming control in a single, powerful device. With the ability to easily connect a microphone, game feeds and other sources, MainStream Interface establishes itself as an attractive and comprehensive solution for instant access to essential controls. One of MainStream's standout features is the HDMI input with a video capture card for 1080p at 60fps and an HDMI passthrough that supports 4K at 60fps, ideal for high quality live streaming and gaming. MainStream also features a USB-C hub that enables the integration of additional cameras, USB microphones and other USB devices, simplifying the entire setup.
MainStream's analog audio connection follows the high Mackie standards, including a microphone input with +60 dB gain. The device also offers connections for a chat headset, smartphone input for live calls, headphone output and stereo line outputs, ideal for connecting loudspeakers. The intuitive controls are another highlight of MainStream. Programmable buttons allow triggering of samples and transitions, which significantly improves the streaming experience. Whether for gaming consoles or pure chat applications, MainStream easily integrates professional devices such as high-end DSLR cameras, USB webcams, XLR broadcast microphones and headphones.
The free Matrix software that comes with MainStream offers advanced features. It enables the integration of up to six virtual inputs and four hardware inputs into the live stream. It also offers 24 virtual pads for editing vocal effects, fine-tuning mixes and creating samples. Matrix can also be used independently of MainStream, but extends its functionality considerably.
