It can be used on most types of skin, for strong allergy sufferers it must be tested first. How to use: In a measuring cup, mix 10 drops of oil with 100 ml of alcohol or 100 ml of water. Optimum dispersion of oil in water is achieved by adding a small amount of milk. The oil can be used for washing, bathing and topical use on the skin. For aromatherapy use 10 drops of oil in an air humidifier or aroma lamp. Indoor use: Take 5 drops once a day, dilute with olive oil or juice before consumption, even on skin.;
