TheraNatal Lactation Complete is a comprehensive postnatal supplement to support you and your baby's nutrient needs while breastfeeding. 

• Contains several important nutrients including methylated folate, iodine, choline, biotin, and omega-3s (DHA and EPA) from AlaskOmega®, a refined omega-3 fish oil concentrate that has met the Marine Stewardship Council's (MSC) standard for sustainability.

TheraNatal Lactation Complete consists of 3 pills a day, one purple tablet, one white tablet and one softgel.

The Purple Tablet 

Contains essential nutrients including methylated folate and choline to meet the needs of nursing moms and their babies.

The White Tablet 

Contains high-dose vitamin D3, vitamin B6, extra choline to support your baby's brain development, and extra biotin for healthy hair, skin and nails.

The Softgel 

Contains 300 mg of DHA and 150 mg of EPA from AlaskOmega®, a refined omega-3 fish oil concentrate made from fish that has met the Marine Stewardship Council's (MSC) standard for sustainability. DHA supports your baby's brain and eye development. 

Take one purple tablet, one white tablet, and one softgel a day with food. Tablets and softgel may be taken together or at different times during the day. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Purple Tablet: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, purple film coating (polydextrose, calcium carbonate, hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides, anthocyanin extract).

White Tablet: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, white film coating (hypromellose, polydextrose, calcium carbonate, medium chain triglycerides).

The Softgel: Fish oil concentrate (from Alaska pollock), gelatin (bovine), glycerin, purified water, annatto (for color), natural mixed tocopherols.
