The revised 14 mm master piston and the 100% reliable Magura Royal Blood mineral oil guarantee the strong braking power and best dosing in any operating conditions, for which Magura hydraulic rim brakes rightly receive top marks in series production. Thanks to the TPA (Turbo Pad Adjuster), brake pad wear can also be compensated for easily and without tools. But don't worry, ergonomics has not been neglected either. In the current MT disc brake series, the 3-finger brake lever scores in terms of ergonomics. In addition, the latest findings from the test winner were also incorporated. This includes the tool-free Reach Adjust in 3 steps. Finally, everything comes together with a little bit of high-tech: the brake levers and handlebar clamp are completely made of Carbotecture® and save 10 g per brake compared to the entry-level HS 11. Thanks to Easy-Bleed and the option to shorten the cable at the brake lever, the HS 22 is particularly easy to install. The Easy-Mount design guarantees even easier installation. Easy Mount: Anyone who has ever mounted or adjusted a Magura brake from the HS series knows how time-consuming it can be to get the piston between the clamp system in the correct position to the wheel.
