As part of Ibanez's legendary Soundgear series, the SR405EQM offers an ultra-slim body shape and ergonomic contours that make it exceptionally comfortable whether sitting or standing. The 5-piece maple walnut neck, bolted to the body, features the proven “SR5” profile, delivering a fast, smooth feel that suits both intricate fingerstyle and hard-hitting slap techniques. The SR405EQM is equipped with two Ibanez PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups in the neck and bridge positions, delivering a broad tonal spectrum with excellent clarity and punch. The integrated 3-way Power Tap switch offers additional tonal flexibility by allowing you to select between humbucker, single-coil (tap), or a blend of both (Power Tap) modes.
