To truly excel in competitions, top-notch competition baits need to meet several criteria, as every competition presents numerous challenges to anglers. When creating Promix Competition wafters, we set several goals, all of which these baits fully achieve.
For versatility, we included both 6mm and 8mm sizes in one package, in a ratio of 25-75%. Gathering years of experience, we found that this ratio works well for most situations. The 6mm size, paired with the smallest hooks and finest rigs, can break through in tougher situations, while the 8mm bait is usually perfect in size and buoyancy for average hooks and rigs.
Regarding colors, we opted for the strongest fluorescent hues, specifically pink, orange, yellow, and white - the four most necessary and versatile ones. These colors practically glow on the riverbed, providing an easy target for the fish.
