The Red Hill Western Vintage Electric Brown contains all the ingredients for an optimal introduction to guitar playing. Besides a tasteful exterior, the instrument comes with a wafer-thin laminated body, a grippy neck and premium hardware. Therefore, the acoustic guitar produces a warm sound, which can also be amplified thanks to an in-house pickup. Furthermore, the instrument can be gripped very obligingly in all 20 frets, which is not the least due to the rounded neck profile and the generous cutaway. The integrated tuner with an LED display turns out to be another practical tool that supports especially beginners during their first attempts. The Red Hill Western Vintage is rounded off by detailed inlay work that contrasts pleasantly with the brown open-pore finish.
Because of its compact design, the Mini Jumbo is suitable for both adults and children and produces a midrange-rich tone. The laminated spruce top enriches the sound with a defined note, while the laminated Sapele body colors the bass frequencies with an area-wide warmth. The thin Finish and lightweight construction also allow for a quick response, so you can produce a powerful tone even with light touches. At the same time, the mahogany neck provides excellent playability on the entire walnut fingerboard, which can be easily accessed in all 20 frets with the help of the Cutaways.
An absolute speciality is the specially filed 43 mm saddle, which is adapted to the saddle with millimetre precision. This way the 6 steel strings intonate cleanly and precisely over the entire scale length of 650 mm. The headstock is equipped with black die-cast tuners which guarantee a fine-tuning of the strings.
The top is edged with an elaborate Binding that perfectly matches the soundhole rosette and separates the top from the body. In addition, the marbling of the finish creates an individual appearance that differs minimally on each instrument.
The active piezo pickup system is equipped with a comprehensive side preamp, which has an integrated tuner in addition to a 4-band equalizer. The respective pitch is displayed via a large LED-Display. The system is powered by a 9V battery, which is stored in a battery compartment.
