It is mounted on the left side of the drop bars and is therefore perfect for 1x setups, which only require a regular shift/brake lever on the right. The integration of the remote function into the brake lever is not only practical, it also makes for a tidier cockpit. You have a maximum of 10 mm of cable stroke at your disposal.
