The negatively charged ions (-) work synergistically with the positively charged ions (+) in the DERMAPORE+ spatula to make extraction particularly easy and non-irritating. In combination, they act like a magnet to gently remove dirt, oil and blackheads that clog pores, leaving the skin visibly smoother and softer.
