With the WMF Profi Plus Perfection, you'll get a contact grill with an automatic cooking sensor. This sensor measures the thickness of the ingredients and it will adjust the grilling time and temperature. The contact grill also has 6 automatic programs. This way, you can prepare paninis, burgers, fish, or steak with a push of a button. You can easily select the programs via the touchscreen display. When you grill meat, the grill will indicate the cooking level of the meat. Now you now if your meat is rare, medium, or done. When you grill, the juices and grease will end up in the drip tray. As a result, your meat is less greasy, and the grill doesn't get very dirty. When you're done, you can simply put the plates in the dishwasher.
