The Yamaha DT50S is a stereo-trigger for toms and snares which is easily mounted on the hoop of the drum. The housing is made from metal and offers outstanding durability. Due to the chrome-plated surface, the DT50S snare/tom trigger fits perfectly into the overall picture and almost disappears between the lugs of the drums.
With the Yamaha drum triggers of the DT50 series it is easy to expand the acoustic sound repertoire of a drumset with additional sounds. Whether it is to pimp the drum sound or to replace it completely with fat electro sounds, these triggers provide first-class options. Thanks to years of experience in the development and manufacturing of drum triggers, as well as first-class processing quality, the Yamaha DT50 Trigger meets all professional requirements without any problems. However, due to the simple handling, they are also suitable for amateurs and beginners.
Durable housingThe Yamaha DT50 series triggers have a cast metal body which makes them extremely robust. Even accidental hits are easily absorbed. The 260g DT50S trigger is designed in such a way that the trigger only has to be put onto the hoop of the drum and fixed with a knurled screw - done! The trigger is connected to a sound source such as, for example a sound module or trigger-to-MIDI-converter and you are ready to go. A stereo cable is already included.
The DT50S trigger offers clear advantages compared to models from other manufacturer because of the compact dimensions of 45 x 91 x 78 ~ 92 mm and the chrome-plated surface which almost hides it in the setup.
