The steel barrel and foot of the AirBoost 2.0 gives you the power you need to pump your tires up easily and fast. The AirBoost is one of our best pumps due to the great balance between power, accuracy, and ease of use. The big gauge shows clearly and accurately the pressure in your tire to make sure you have always the exact right pressure in your tires. Steel: - Pumps made of steel are very strong but can also be quite heavy and the material is less resistant to rust. It is, therefore, less suitable for a pump you want to take with you. Composite: - Composite bicycle pumps are lightweight and relatively cheap, but that´s partly because they have a somewhat shorter lifespan. The material is less strong, so they provide less pumping pressure than pumps made of steel or aluminium. With hose: - When you go for a pump head attached to a hose it will be easier to give more power when pumping. This is because the movement of pumping is not directly pressed upon the valve and you don´t have to pump closely to the wheel. High pressure: - A high-pressure pump has a narrow air chamber, enabling it to generate high pump pressure. A high-pressure pump is ideally suited for thin tires that need to be inflated hard. You can also use a pump like this for wider tires, but then you have to pump a bit longer before the tire reaches the desired pressure as the pump volume is slightly lower. DualHead 3.0: - The DualHead 3.0 pump head has a thumblock lever that gives you the possibility to secure it to the valve with only one hand. The pump head locks firmly to the valve, so you can pump it with high pressure.
