On top of that, the modern TR-3 2-point Tremolo provides the appropriate basis for additional playing possibilities.
ST basswood body with slim maple neckThe linden body of the J & D 95 DY features classic ST-style contours and offers both the classic feel and the distinctive tonal character of the popular tonewood. The body is connected to the maple neck via a classic four-way bolt-on joint, which with its slim C-profile creates the best conditions for carefree playing on the 22-fret composite fingerboard.
The fact that the J & D 95 DY Yellow is just right for musicians looking for the most accomplished-sounding instrument possible is proven by the HSH pickup setup consisting of three pickups. The two humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions produce powerful steam that is ideal for pushing rock sounds, while the single coil in the middle position contributes clear and wiry single-coil sounds. Thanks to the 5-way switch, combination circuits between adjacent pickups are also possible.
To expand the playing possibilities of the J & D 95 DY Yellow, J & D has equipped the instrument with a TR-3 tremolo, which provides interesting sound effects with its modern 2-point suspension without affecting the tuning stability of the electric guitar.
