The original Microkorg is far more than just a 37-key synthesizer - it's a legend in its segment. Since its introduction in 2002, Korg has continuously worked to improve this iconic instrument, and the release of the microKORG2 impressively continues this tradition. After twenty years of intensive development, the microKORG2 is a significant evolution of its predecessor. One striking feature is the modern 2.8-inch colour display, which enables intuitive operation.
But there is even more to discover: The number of voices and memory locations has been doubled compared to the previous model, opening up new creative freedom. An important new feature is the USB connection, which makes the microKORG2 even more versatile and compatible. In addition, the battery operation enables independent use without a power connection, making the microKORG2 an ideal companion for musicians who are often on the move. With its compact size and lightweight, it is the perfect mobile synthesizer.
Another highlight is the integrated vocoder, which comes with a gooseneck microphone. This function considerably expands the musical spectrum of the microKORG2 and offers musicians an additional level of creative expression. The synthesizer thus combines tradition and innovation in a device that is suitable for both professional musicians and hobbyists.
The original Microkorg from 2002 was already equipped with a microphone and a Vocoder. For the microKORG2, the manufacturer has worked hard on the features and integrated a complete voice processor. In addition to traditional vocoder effects, this innovative voice processor offers modern hard-tune pitch correction and a harmonizer. The latter makes it possible to adjust the pitch of your voice or supplement it with additional harmony voices. It is also possible to add effects such as reverb, Delay and others to the voice.
