The XTR RD-M9100 rear derailleur by Shimano - For 1x drivetrains The XTR RD-M9100 rear derailleur was designed by Shimano exclusively for 1x12-speed drivetrains. It has enlarged 13-tooth derailleur pulleys for smoother operation and an additional stop on the swing arm that reduces noise.
